Can alerts go to WhatsApp groups?
Yes. Verified events can post to designated WhatsApp numbers or groups with clip thumbnails and one-tap playback links — ideal for store managers and regional LP teams.
Is customer or employee facial recognition used?
No. Slinai does not offer facial recognition. Correlation uses timestamps, zones, transactions, and behaviour-based detections — not biometric identity matching.
Can we pull data into our own BI tools?
Yes. Use scheduled exports, the REST API, or webhooks to feed Power BI, Looker, internal data lakes, or SIEM platforms.
